AVOID SCAMMER. Cancelled policy months ago and never received any refund or communication. Then asked to renew my policy and never send refund.
The worst experience. Ever. The only competent person who cares about anything there, is Kim. And even she couldn’t help me get results or updates. Luke, the agent working my claim, is either never in the office, purposely sends calls to voicemail, or doesn’t exist.
