Super friendly.
My rates went up almost 50 percent and they said they couldn't tell me why. Got a hold of corporate for progressive and they told me the increase was because I pay in installments. Always have ( probably been with Murphy and associates for 10 years). So why didn't Murphy tell me what was going on. In the end it sounds like it was progressive raising it, but not completely positive. I've used this agency for 2 yrs now and they've always been there in a pinch for me and my problematic life!!
Leslie was nice but when I told her I was disability now it was like she would have rather I just stay where I was that's the feeling I took
