I called Kevin because my smoke detectors were going off every few minutes. Rather than trying to sell me a service he very patiently explained that I needed to replace all the batteries. He explained the importance of replacing all the batteries at the same time each year. I really appreciated the advice and that I didn't have to pay for an unnecessary service call. Not everyine is as honest. When I do need an electrician, I'll call Kevin first.
