If you googled "TMJ massage" and now you're here trying to decide if it's worth it, I can tell you it is. I had been experiencing an approximately 8 month flare-up of TMJ symptoms prior to booking my first appointment with Kevin. My TMJ has finally calmed down after about two sessions, combined with physical therapy exercises. Additionally I have a shoulder and wrist carpal tunnel/RSI/inflammation, injuries that are probably exacerbated by stress. Kevin is a great therapist and I am grateful to have found him. I appreciate his methods are gentle and efficient, not painful and requiring many days of recovery which is common in other physical therapy methodologies. He also provides suggestions for at-home exercises that I have found effective.

Kevin has been very helpful in addressing my chronic TMD, headaches and neck issues. He is skilled in intra oral work which is hard to find and super helpful for TMD issues. Kevin is great at educating and providing exercises to perform at home. His goal is to make himself obsolete which is refreshing. He also did some scar work on both of my wrists. I highly recommend Kevin for any targeted work you might need.
