Dr. Michaels worked on both my eyes and did a super job. His personal attention to each patient is also noteworthy in that he provides his own personal cell number so that patients can call him if there are any problems. He also calls the patient directly to answer any questions before the surgery.
I wanted to have blepharoplasty surgery but had been hesitant because of less than favorable outcomes I had read while researching other doctors and clinics. I chose Dr. Michels because he is a board-certified surgeon with specialized training in ophthalmology. He showed genuine concern for me from the first visit, through the surgery and post-operative follow up. His staff and the surgical facility are excellent. It started out as a good experience but got continuously worse. he performed surgery on my eyelid and also gave me Botox shots. this left me with twitching on my right side, sometimes double vision, a feeling that there is something in my eye. he promised various procedures to fix the problems but never did anything. My eyelid is disfigured and it bothers me every single day. I was then told "sorry we cant help you. you no longer have insurance, dont come in anymore.
