This plumber came out months ago to give me an estimate on my job (in his swim trunks and flip flops). I was shocked that he wanted 5500$ for a 2" drain for a shower. when I decided to go with a plumber (that charged less than half) he got angry and sent me a bill for the estimate of over $400 saying that he had designed my bathroom. However the bath was already framed with the toilet and sink plumbing already in. Beware of this scam artist!
