Kevin & co. are my go-to real estate pros. My family has used him on a few different transactions and he’s who I recommend my own clients, family, and friends to.
We visited his flip where he is also the listing agent like 4 times. Put in a first offer which he declined and said where he would be willing to accept and a slightly different amount. We spoke with our lender and mad some adjustments to make that happen and submitted a second offer. So he knew how much we were interested. He was disrespectful of our time and efforts in our offer and He failed to respond by deadline. Clearly used our offer to gain a higher one.
