I am a realtor and I tried to contact Kevin about one of his listings about 8 times over the span of a couple days. He never called me back, never picked up the phone, never responded to a text. If I were a client looking to hire an agent, I'd expect it to be someone who is communicative and responds especially when another agent is inquiring about a listing.
