Neglectful - No Compassion I’ve been seeing Kevin for 2 years for my yearly. As I sat in the room today for 30 minutes unattended I had time to reflect. Each visit has been like a machine and not like a doctor looking to build long term relationships. Each visit, new students with no real knowledge of what they are doing, again, simply machines. Where’s the real interactions and personality building these days? At best, keep to the schedule or adjust accordingly before people walk out after waiting 30 minutes.

Disappointed in Dr. Mangum overall. I’m new to physical sports, have been practicing the past 4 years or so. I had a severe muscle tear in my back, and with this being the first major injury I wasn’t sure what exactly it was or how to heal it. I appreciate that Dr. Mangum took my concerns seriously. After a steroid shot I still had significant pain during exercise that he ordered an Xray. Started seeing Dr Mangum because he was in network and I am getting older. I've been to two appointments and never again. He is very pushy about prescribing medication for weight loss and made me feel uncomfortable, I decided to seek another doctor. After not attending an appointment that I did not schedule. I received an invoice in the mail for a no-show, called to ask what it was about and the receptionist acted as if i was trying to pull a fast one. I started coming here to see Dr magnum has been great until more staff came aboard. I am deeply disappointed with them entirely. I had a scheduled appointment that I put in at work 2 weeks in advance for to go over labs and etc.... 2 day's before my appointment they call and need to reschedule. Dr will not be in that day. I say ok I need to be seen soon though. They try to give me an appointment for a month away? Like are you serious? Today, I had the privilege of accompanying my neighbor to an appointment with Dr. Mangum. I witnessed a level of compassion, genuine care, and love for patients that I haven’t seen in decades.
