I started coming here to see Dr magnum has been great until more staff came aboard. I am deeply disappointed with them entirely. I had a scheduled appointment that I put in at work 2 weeks in advance for to go over labs and etc.... 2 day's before my appointment they call and need to reschedule. Dr will not be in that day. Today, I had the privilege of accompanying my neighbor to an appointment with Dr. Mangum. I witnessed a level of compassion, genuine care, and love for patients that I haven’t seen in decades. I seen doctor Mangum a week and a half ago for the first time, I left there crying because the first time in two months I felt seen, heard, and helped. His nurse and staff were so kind! When you can’t see any light at the end of the tunnel, he will get you the help you need to see it! Thank you, Dr. Mangum for giving me the best care I could ever ask for!
We switched to Dr. Mangum as seniors. Our family doctor was really a nice guy…just not “aggressively” following our health and attacking our issues. I’ve been SO impressed with Dr.Mangum…he is on top of it! He will refer to specialists if he notices any “blips” and he LISTENS, ASSIMILATES AND RESPONDS with every visit…he knows you are there for a reason!
