He was the first doctor that helped out my wife without mentioning surgery. She has been dealing with back pain for the last 10 years. And the staff is been helpful.
Will never go back, due to his unprofessional staff. Was told to hand deliver certain readings because if it was mailed it would take a “month” for it to get to Dr. Jackson, once it arrived in the mail room of Northwestern. If this is how his staff informs patients of how dysfunctional his hospital is… I want no part of it!! Also staff likes to lie to REAL VETERANS about SERVING THEIR COUNTRY!
