Kevin and his team did a phenomenal job in guiding us through the process of selling our house. There is a lot to do when selling - getting it ready, having access to contractors/vendors, knowing how to price effectively in the current market, knowing how to market it, getting it staged... the list goes on an on. Can you do it yourself? Maybe - but having a realtor and team that knows exactly how to do all of that effectively and efficiently took SO much of the load off of us as sellers.
