I have been bringing my mom to this facility 2 to 3 years and it has been wonderful until yesterday there have been a lot of employee changes in the front and billing office and the ladies that they have now are very rude very insensitive very uncaring. Needless to say we will not be back I’m not sure if the doctor in this facility knows what’s going on hopefully someone will read this review because it is definitely not worth the trip to see the doctor because of the people that are greeting you now.

Very good at what he does he actually looks at your medical records and goes from there i really appreciate him for stepping up in being a pain management dr.

So I just received a call saying that they can no longer see me as a patient because I still have nicotine in my system. I quit the cigarettes and was using the nicotine gum. Dr. Vance and Mrs. Jones were very fair and gave me time plenty of time to try to quit chewing the gum and gave me notices about what would happen if I didn’t quit. I was not strong enough and so I let them down and me as well but everyone was always nice and professional.
