Dr Potts was instrumental in saving my life. He partially removed a lymphoma sinus tumor that was too close to my brain to remove entirely. He doesn’t take risks with his patients. Dr Potts is ethical, knowledgeable and honest. Dr Potts did not hesitate to refer me to an oncologist outside the UofL network, when UofL doctors wanted to take a different path. I absolutely love Dr Potts, as a human being, a man and as a doctor. I’m his patient for life because he helped save mine.

As a veteran, Dr Potts was amazing to have been taken care of. Very professional and one hell of a Doc. He trains the best, because he is the best. 5 years later and no visible scar from thyroidectomy. Cheers sir and thank you.

I have been going to Dr Potts for 10+ years & before him I seen Dr Winstead. Great doctors & medical staff. There have only been a couple times that the wait was a little excessive but we all have days that things dont go as planned. For the most part the wait is 10-15 minutes. Dr Potts is great about explaining things & doesn't talk above your head to where you would have to have a medical degree to understand whats going on.

Suffered vertigo for 3 weeks, and continue to be dizzy 24/7, although the check in time was quick at U of L, this doctor never even came to see me. Instead I was left to be diagnosed by the interns and was quickly dismissed. Mind you I was out sick for a month. There is nothing better than Norton Patient Care.
