He ruined my knee. I was seventeen when I went to Dr. Howard and after having an arthroscopic surgery by him and his P.A. Robin my knee works about as well as my 80 year old grandfather’s knees. Surgery went fine but afterwards my pain only grew. I called Howard and Robin over and over asking why the pain hadn’t settled down and what I should do but they brushed me off over and over, telling me to wait it out because I was young and it would heal on its own. Dr. Howard was not my first choice, but my insurance mandated I use him. I owe them a debt of thanks. Dr. Howard did an outstanding job on my first hip replacement so even though I could have chosen a different doctor for the 2nd one (new insurance) I stayed with Dr. Howard. After both replacements I was up and around in 2 weeks and had returned to full athletic activity at 8 weeks after each hip. Love Love Love. He is amazing i'm glad i was forced to go to him because of insurance. He is sweet and caring and he is funny. :) i will be recommending him.
I had a hip replacement about year and a half ago by Dr. Howard. I was back to work as a plumber in four weeks and have had no issues at all with the hip since. He was very good going over my options and office visits were pleasant. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Over all I liked him. He needs to take more time explaining things though. I like his P.A. Robin very much. She has been doing injections in my knee, which have been very helpful. And she is very pleasant and informative.
Dr Howard was pleasant, informative, and fun for my 10 year old with a broken wrist. His medical staff also was impressive. No complaints. We would recommend this office.
Dr. Howard was congenial and informative. He communicated the choices in procedures well, as well as the pros and cons of each. The nurse who showed me to my room was not as welcoming. I?d waited 1 ? hours for my visit. She informed me because I was ten minutes late she?d put all other arrivals before me. I had two issues with this attitude: 1. I checked the time as I arrived: I was running ten minutes early. 2. Forcing a client to wait 1 1/2 hours out of spite is not good business.
