Kevin is a great agent with the best communication. He helped us both buy and sell a home and gave effective advice both times to make sure we were making a good deal. Kevin is awesome. He helped us to negotiate with the seller to reduce the $20,000 of purchase price while in escrow and the home was on the market for only 15 days. After the transaction was fully completed, he stayed in contact with us to referral couple contractors as he promised. Kevin has been our realtor for the past 4 year. Throughout the time he has helped my sister and brother-in-law with purchasing and selling their condo and then buying their home. I used Kevin to purchase a new home in Seattle and he was fantastic! I've tried other realtors who really just phone it in and their only job is to show you houses that you yourself have found on Zillow or Redfin, not the case with Kevin.
