Incorrect information was sent to me for cancellation of prior insurance and still waiting for the correct information to be sent over.. no initiative to get this done on their end whatsoever. There sure was a rush to get me signed up and paid, even started new policy without me giving final approval or coverages.. but after that I feel forgotten about.
After the most frustrating hold times where I thought I was losing my entire mind. I called this office out of last desperation and got through to a person who helped me find the right way to contact claims. I didn’t catch their name but they acted in kindness and generosity even though I am sure I sounded a wreck on the phone. They could have just hung up but didn’t. For that I am grateful.
