On July 15, 2026 I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Falkowski first thing in the morning by Matsu Regional Hospital. Although it was Dr. Falkowski’s first time seeing me as a patient he admitted me to surgery promptly due to the nature of my pain, discomfort and nature of my injury. I had surgery at Providence hospital yesterday. I received no pain medication when I was discharged. Am taking 2000 MG Tylenol every 4 hours and 600 MG of ibuprofen every 4 hours. I had to go to ER at 3 am this morning. Nerve block has worn off. In absolute agony. I'm needlessly suffering. Have called office since 8 am. They claim she'll call in meds after surgery. But, it's already 2 pm. I haven't been able to sleep. This really sucks. Windi Mitchell
