Dr. Klug seems to be a good doctor. I have seen him for several problems. The last two times I have seen him, he acted like I was more of a pest. I feel a doctor is only as good as his staff, and his staff has dropped the ball twice on getting MRIs scheduled for two different problems. Today Kimber glat out lied to me. Now I don't feel I can trust them.
