Horrible bedside manners and not empathetic at all. Talks to you like you are dumb and has no answers when you question his decisions. He refuses to do ultrasounds or a CT scan for a major bloodclot I had and his answer was "I don't do tests". Do not recommend at all. He does not care about his patients
Dr. Kim explained everything to my satisfaction and while while he may not be the most friendly of doctors, he is efficient and the staff more than makes up for it. So far I've been able to reach support any and every time I've needed it through this cancer journey. And as my only real goal was to come through this alive he says he'll make sure that happens
My wife has been treated by Dr Kim for only a few months since we retired from LA to Santa Maria in 2020. I wasn't sure if doctors here used the same treatment as my wife received in LA for ITP. I am pleased and completely satisfied with Dr Kim's excellent and prompt treatment of my wife. I highly recommend Dr. Kim .
HORRIBLE DOCTOR. He does not care about patients. Some doctors go into the field to help, others go in for the money. His MD clearly stands for MONEY DOCTOR. Declined to review an urgent referral to get a clearance for a young adult undergoing neurosurgery. He can't even spend less than 2 minutes out of his idealistic day to help a patient. His lack of empathy is apparent, I would not trust any of my family members to be in his care.
