Kevin Kildahl is very unprofessional, and never gets back to you. I will not do business with Edina Realty in the future because of this.

Kevin was prompt in getting everything taken care of so we could move forward on the purchase of our first home. His closing costs came in so much lower than my original lender that I half expected there to be a clause that my first born would have to be named after him. (Kidding, sort of...) I highly recommend both Kevin and David, either as a team or as individuals.
