We had an knowledgeable and well informed experienced loan officer in Kevin Kerivan. He heard our concerns and responded to them with excellence and honesty. We are not very computer savvy, but he took his time explaining how to complete the necessary forms on line ( once he took two hours on a Sunday morning helping navigate our computer). I would hardily recommend him to family, friends and neighbors who want considerate help in financing a home. On a scale of 1-10, he is an 11!
Kevin is a straight shooter. He goes out of his way to be helpful and genuine. There was a point where he was helping me apply for a loan through the builder, which would have lost him business. But he helped me anyway. I would strongly recommend him. He is honest straight forward and easy to deal with.
