Nice, very professional and great staff!
Have called exactly three(3) times now to talk to someone and ask if they accept my insurance and new patients, and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. The prompt to make an appt rings off the hook, and then a message comes on to leave a VM for someone to call you back. This has been at all different times, different days. Awful. I'm sure the staff just doesn't want to take phone calls. So this review here, will be seen by Dr. Lee and the office at some point. Someone else left a review on here, 1 year ago. Understanding and take time to talk and examine us with valuable suggestions
Dr. Lee is great. I went to him for a bladder problem and was able to get my problem resolved. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. He is very easy to talk to. My only concern is that his office is very hard to get someone to answer the phones.
