As a woman giving birth an advanced age, I was extremely nervous when I encountered a potential issue. Dr. Justus took a lot of time to scan me personally and answer every single one of my questions. I left his office feeling comforted and reassured. He has a wonderful bedside manner.
Kevin is rude, condescending, & a displeasure to interact with. When the appointment began he didn't introduce himself & offered a limp hand to shake. Instead of asking anything about me he began by insisting with an irritated tone that my being their was unnecessary since "nothing [was] wrong with [me]" He spoke at a preschool pace, Suggested my happy partner & I may want to terminate our pregnancy & interrupted the ultrasound tech. When called out on his rudeness he said "thats just who he is"
They didn't inform me kids weren't allowed until I showed up with my kids. The tech did my 20 wk. scan, not the Dr., so nobody said anything when they discovered a cleft. I had to wait until the next day when I saw my OB to confirm what I saw and Dr. Justus wanted me to schedule another appt. in 1-2 wks. to go over results. I never saw Dr. Justus at all. They promised me a copy of the bill would be sent after I paid, but never was. Then they sent some ins. form that didn't make any sense to me.
