Dr. Jolliff will take your copayment and do absolutely nothing. Neither he nor his staff care about the quality of care the patient receives. He does not have rights at the surgery centers. He should have an obligation to disclose this important fact to patients prior to seeing them.This would allow the patient to make an informed decision as to choosing his services. I do not recommend him to any patient who may need followup care at a surgery center.His office manager Kim is not helpful at all
