I paid a 10K down payment as requested for a major home repair in the early spring. I waited all summer for the work to start. In the fall I asked for my money back since no work on the house had started. They kept the money.
Worked as subcontractor for them, doing a plastering job, and they didn’t pay. Mandy Souza said the job was great, however, she didn’t pay and stopped answering me. Be careful subcontractors!

Haven’t quite started project yet, however Kevin came out and gave a fair price. Seen his work before I actually selected his company to build my attached garage. He and Mandy went above and beyond to get plans drawn up. I will do a follow up review/edit once job is completed. So far so good.
