In and out pretty fast. Had an emergency visit and they got us right in for my daughter's chipped tooth. Awesome experience.
Usually when I go somewhere for a dental checkup, the process feels rushed and like I’m just another patient. However, you can tell the people at this practice truly care. Both the hygienist and the dentist took their time and did a very thorough job while also being super friendly and personable. My wife is from Brazil and has had a lot of bad experiences there with dentists. We chose Dr Egbert because he speaks Portuguese. Everyone at Suncrest-Payson is very kind and welcoming. Dr Egbert spoke Portuguese with my wife and took the extra time explaining everything for her to ease her anxiety. His preciseness and expertise is phenomenal. My nine year old son had a tooth that was bothering him and Suncrest Dental (Payson location) was able to get him in the same morning I called. Dr. Egbert and his staff were so friendly and were able to talk my son through his shot with no tears He was so excited to tell younger siblings and friends about his experience and wasn’t bothered by the procedure after the numbing effects wore off.
