Dr. McCarthy and staff were top notch. Able to get surgery quickly which went extremely well. Very informative of continuing care for my wife.
Im sure the Dr. is fine, but his staff is arrogant and absolutely rude. Jessie would not listen to my concerns, kept talking over me, and then called ME disrespectful and that she was ending the call. How about doing your job with compassion for the patient. Jessie needs to go! Oh and no help at all. New Doctor.
