Dr. Liu (and LO Eye Care staff) is thorough, kind, and professional.
Had my yearly appointment today with Dr. Liu, as usual he was his friendly & profession manner. We discuss my eye concerns and he explained fully & clearly answered my questions. I've been going on ~12 years with Dr. Liu and will continue in the future. My experience with the office staff was great at check in and out. Very happy with the entire experience.
Dr Liu is a very nice man. He is very well mannered and he's always thorough. Dr Liu always makes sure my questions are answered, and to let me know if I need anything to make sure I call. I had shingles by my eye and Dr Liu took care of me and made sure he followed up to make sure that I continued to improve and not have lasting effects. I would highly recommend Dr Liu!
Dr. Liu is so calm, kind& thorough. Addresses issues I never knew I was having. I won’t see anyone else for my eye health. Thank you Dr. Liu!
