Kevin Gilbert is both incompetent and unfit to attend to the ill and injured. I called Gilbert's office in mid-May 2025 for an insurance referral to see an ENT to have my ear irrigated due to wax buildup. His secretary Kim misled me into believing Gilbert would be performing the ear irrigation and was qualified to perform the irrigation and told me to come into the office, that Gilbert would complete the irrigation.
