I was referred to Dr. Kevin J. Chang , by the emergency at Kootenai Hospital, I called and tried to make an appointment immediately after leaving emergency, I am having difficulty breathing and explained this to the person who took my call, and all they could say is that they are so busy that they have not had time to review my records, this is after 5 days, it seems that they are too busy to even look and the records , a person could get much worse before they even take the time to get back to you, if they are too busy then... read more
Great Staff, short wait time, Dr Chang is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Very professional and caring.
Dr. Chang is a very busy doctor, but will take the time to explain any questions you may have. I have been going to him for a number of years. I am very thankful to have him as my pulmonologist for my asthmatic needs. It is best if you have your list of questions written down when you go to your appointment, it will save you & Dr. Chang time & any frustrations.
