His carefree attitude towards the care of my mother is concerning. After my mother shared her concerns of her blockage, Dr. Berlin in a very unprofessional way raised his voice to ask her "What do you want me to do? There's nothing wrong with you". She was scheduled for a stent and it was canceled. Now off to look for a better cardiologist that truly cares.
Dr. Berlin should be ashamed of the way he treated my 70 year old grandmother! Not only was he extremely unprofessional, however the profession of a Dr. is someone who is suppose to show genuine concern and sympathy for their patients. Not yell at them, be little them, and make them cry! Which is exactly what he did to my grandmother who has been seeing him for some time now!!! I love Dr. Berlin and his office staff. I highly recommend him as a cardiologist!
Dr. Berlin is a fantastic physician. He provides care for my 84 year old Father. His office staff is quick to address any and all concerns or questions. Caring for an elderly parent is tough, really tough at times. I am grateful to have a good and reliable physician. Once again, I must acknowledge his staff, Sarah, in particular. Thank you all for making sure my Dad has the best care possible!
