Dr. Anderson was great BUT beware of the billing. I paid for my contacts and services 4 months prior - contacts still not in. I call. They say they forgot to bill me for something and haven't ordered my contacts at all even though I paid the full $220 for them months ago. They say nothing of sending me a bill. 2 more months later, still no contacts. Just received a bill for a contact fitting out of the blue and have still heard nothing of whether or not my contacts have come in yet. Not happy.
Very disorganized, improper billing, said they would take insurance and didn't file insurance. Received a bill 6 months later, after paying at time of appoint. For add on procedures scam
