I have Dr. Houseman for different foot issues over the years. Today, Dr Houseman and his staff went out of their way to help me get answers regarding my ankle pain. The MRI that I had was not ready for my appointment and the office made multiple calls to try and get those results. I arrived to my appointment still with no result and I had to reschedule. Great doctor
The doc may be the finest, but I never got past the receptionist. After 20 questions, no make that 50, finally I find out that the scheduling wait is too far out for me. She could have saved herself so much time by telling me that to begin with and not tried to diagnose my problem over the phone!
He did everything great. Put up through all the trials of finding out what was wrong with daughters foot. Sent us to Indy to a surgeon and so happy he did all the leg work before sending us. He was through and professional. Currently waiting to get back into him now for the other foot.
