I'm not sure about other places but Kevin Hicks numurkah are the best real estate agents I've ever worked with. They really have a care factor about them for both parties. They're not picky on how you Choose to live. As long as you're looking after the house. You know no stains in the carpet, holes in the wall, yards clean.
