I highly recommend Kevin Hern for massage therapy. As a graphic designer I sit at the computer way too much. This has affected my posture over time. Kevin has given me stretching tips to help with long term function. The massage was excellent, especially in releasing tension in my neck and shoulders. I will float into next week!
