What can I say. He is awesome. His staff and everyone there made me feel heard and appreciated. He explains everything in a way you will understand. I didn’t know about him after going to another urologist who I wasn’t too happy with.And she referred me to him after telling me she couldn’t do the surgery. So far I can only say good things. I would Definitely Recommend him to anyone. He is straight forth, which I love. No sugar coating l. I had repeated UTI's. They got so bad, I ended up in the hospital. After a CT Scan, I come to find I have a birth defect (Ureterocele) & had so many kidney & bladder stones that it was too numerous to count. I had them stuck in my left ureter too. I was not comfortable with the Dr. I saw while in the hospital, so I decided to look for a urologist/surgeon on my own. I am so happy that I did & feel so blessed to have found Dr. Heinsimer. He and his nurse Barit are very accommodating, sensitive, and a pleasure to work with. They have taken excellent professional and knowledgable care of me and my nephrostmies.
