Professional and personable. Asked about my concerns, addressed what they saw on the EKG and offered some options before making a decision on a more extreme, invasive procedure. I really liked his candor and when he spoke above my head, and he did, he quickly "explained" it in easy-to-understand language, which was very much appreciated.
Dr.Hayes is very nice and knowledgeable. He treats you like a person and explains things so that you can understand them. His PA is very knowledgeable and professional and his staff is very friendly and on top of their game. Dr. Hayes is one of the Best Doctors I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and trusting.
