He was assigned tp my husband as coirt appointed attorney due to conflict with public defenders office. He has done NOTHING on my husband's case but admittedly have 2 3 minute conversations with the DAs office. He mailed us an offer from DA for 4 years WITHOUT even trying to negotiate. Today after my husband was transferred back locally i called him to let him know he was back in local jail and he waa rude, pompous and a plain ass.
