He was assigned tp my husband as coirt appointed attorney due to conflict with public defenders office. He has done NOTHING on my husband's case but admittedly have 2 3 minute conversations with the DAs office. He mailed us an offer from DA for 4 years WITHOUT even trying to negotiate.
