I have been a patient of Dr Kelly’s for many years and have always been treated with respect and care by his office staff and Dr Kelly
My wife has called twice this week to be seen and they have turned her down, saying they can’t accept more people. This is ridiculous twice this week and can’t even see her for a few minutes and they don’t even close till 5pm Aweful!!!!!!!!!!
I can’t say much for this place, seeing how I never made it past the disrespectful receptionist. As I was speaking to the receptionist, she had her head down and on her personal cell phone. I couldn’t understand what she was saying to me until she finally laid her cell phone down, rolled her eyes, and opened the window to repeat for the third time that they were no longer accepting patients for the day.
This place is fantastic. I work in Russellvile but live in alcorn county Mississippi. I have psoriatic arthritis and was having a bad flare up. To go to my regular dr I would have to take the day off so I decided to try somewhere local. I am so happy I did. From the front desk to the back they were so great and caring. They took great care.
