I have use Dr.kelly my whole life and I take my kids there I have never had an issue other than the wait time but today this all changed the Hispanic girl working the window needs to be replaced with someone who understands customer service. The ladies at the front desk are the example of high school mean girls. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated as a human.
Refuse service I think it was because I'm white
It’s ok. Good for basic things. But last year I went there, and no they didn’t really care and just didn’t help me overall. Wouldn’t recommend.
