Very enjoyable experience with a great staff.
Dr Smith is the best I have ever met in his field of practice. He is very open to suggestion and he is not judgemental. With him, you are well assured of the best experience.
Excellent customer service.
When I got to my 7am appointment, I did not know where to park. A gentleman guided me, waited for me and directed me inside. I was assisted with respect courtesy and kindness by the personnel, and Dr Kevin himself and and the end, when one of the lady noticed my stress and my confusion regarding my result, she gave me a reassuring smile and doublechecked my result and confirmed the good news: I had passed. I went home with joy in my heart. Thank you every body working there.
