Neglected to refill my breathing meds . Without proper cause. complaint filed .
Dr. Gross has been my primary care provider since 2022. I moved to Ohio from out of state and I just had surgery in 2020. He has been exemplary! He’s very professional yet his bedside manner shows that he genuinely cares. He’s very knowledgeable and inquisitive at heart. Thank you Dr. Gross!
Dr. Kevin Gross is my first and hopefully only Primary Care Physician in my adult life. I feel like I lucked out finding him and I leave every time feeling a little better than I did walking in. Everyone there is patient, friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend.
Very happy with Dr. Gross and his staff! I'm 79 years old and have a list of medical problems, such as diabetes, a heart condition, etc., and Dr. Gross listened patiently and gave a good exam. The lab facility is right there in the building, which is a big plus in my opinion!
