My experience working with Kevin was terrible. We did a walk through and ended up purchasing a house. The process was very long and stressful, but at the time i felt it was worth it because the property was nice. I purchased the house and find out the inside of the walls are covered in black mold. Some of the wooden panels had dry rot, and the foundation had not been inspected in decades. Long story short if you want someone who is trust worthy DO NOT use this pathetic excuse for a company.

Kevin, un agente inmobiliario en Riverside, CA, es poco confiable y nada profesional. Me dio información contradictoria sobre las propiedades, no cumplió con plazos importantes y fue difícil de contactar durante todo el proceso. Su falta de atención a los detalles y de seguimiento casi me costó un trato. Para empeorar las cosas, parte de la información que me proporcionó resultó ser incorrecta, lo que causó problemas y costos imprevistos. No recomendaría trabajar con Kevin si buscas un agente confiable y profesional.

While I’m not someone to post negative reviews, this is a time I have to make an exception. Kevin promised service that he was not able to live up to, make effort for, and be willing devote his time to. While he is able to exploit his knowledge of the industry when making his sales pitch to you, you’ll find out fairly soon that it’s merely a snake oil result.
