Kevin is a master at marketing and works tirelessly to get your house sold. He worked diligently to find the perfect buyer for my house. Kevin staged my house and made sure the little things that add property appeal to potential buyers were up to par. He found the perfect buyer and sold my house for the listed price even though it backed up to a major thoroughfare. I would 100 percent recommend Kevin to any person that I know who is in the market to purchase or sell a home.

My experience working with Kevin was terrible. We did a walk through and ended up purchasing a house. The process was very long and stressful, but at the time i felt it was worth it because the property was nice. I purchased the house and find out the inside of the walls are covered in black mold. Some of the wooden panels had dry rot, and the foundation had not been inspected in decades. Long story short if you want someone who is trust worthy DO NOT use this pathetic excuse for a company.

Kevin, un agente inmobiliario en Riverside, CA, es poco confiable y nada profesional. Me dio información contradictoria sobre las propiedades, no cumplió con plazos importantes y fue difícil de contactar durante todo el proceso. Su falta de atención a los detalles y de seguimiento casi me costó un trato. Para empeorar las cosas, parte de la información que me proporcionó resultó ser incorrecta, lo que causó problemas y costos imprevistos. No recomendaría trabajar con Kevin si buscas un agente confiable y profesional.
