This doctor might be a good doctor, but front desk person Marlene Holden. She is terrible. We called this place for the whole week everyday. At first I want to schedule telehealth, she said she needs to ask the doctor, but for the whole week she didn’t ask. I called 4 times, but she never asked the doctor. Then I said ok, I can schedule face to face appointment. She also has excuse that she needs to ask scheduler and she asked me to call her tomorrow. I guess she would never ask, again. I had a second opinion appointment with Dr Kevin Woods at City Of Hope to hopefully clarify & make a plan forward for a colon issue & surgery.
