I’ve been a state farm customer for at least 15 years. I’m so disappointed in the little help I received when I got notice they were canceling my home owners insurance because they say I need to limb my trees and I need a new roof. Without an insurance person even coming to my house. All my neighbors who have state farm and worse roofs/trees that aren’t maintained aren’t getting their policies canceled. Called for a quote and the guy that answered made me feel very unimportant. He was dialing out as I was calling and said he'd call me back in 10 minutes. About an hour later I called and he reminded me that he was calling out before I called. Just rubbed me the wrong way. Chose not to go with them.
