Dr. Donnelley did the best job with my surgery yesterday! I have always had sinus issues, so this surgery was a long time coming. I am so happy that I chose Dr. Donnelley to handle my case. He was kind, thoughtful, and understanding of my concerns and needs. He did a great job with my surgery - I have almost no post op pain or bruising and I'm sure I'll be back to normal in no time. I am so appreciative of his care and attention and I can't wait to breathe with my new and improved sinuses!
I never write reviews but this place pissed me off so badly. I’ve never felt like I wasted my time trying to better my health like I did here. Dr. Donnelly is sweet and all but that office is a joke. I paid $216 my first visit for a hearing test on 1/31, the issue hasn’t let up, so I went back for a follow up today. After confirming with the receptionist that I wouldn’t have to pay another fee. Not event got chance to meet doctor yet, but person who answer the phone to schedule appointment doesn't have a discipline at all. She just answer the call and hang-up.
Dr Donnelly has been my ENT for 25 years (on and off as needed). He is very thorough yet efficient. He is easy going and takes all the time needed to get it right.
