I saw this orthopedic doctor in November 2023 for persistent hip pain. At the time, I was 25 years old and had been unable to sleep through the night without medication for nearly 10 months. He diagnosed me with bursitis and I was told—multiple times—that he had “never had a patient under the age of 50 with bursitis,” which I questioned given my age and symptoms. I was referred and hopeful. Met him once. Arrogant. Did 8 weeks physical therapy. Definitely needed surgery. Dr Dahl downplayed my pain and much more I will not share. "I can go in and see what I can find? Excuse me? I can't move my arm and I am in severe freaking pain!!!!!! MRI techs overplay what they write? WHAT??? How can this person be so bad at at his JOB? Uncaring, unhealing, disgrace. Do not waste your time or money. There are so many professionals out there!!!! Do your homework people!!!!! Icky doc
Surgery tools were hacksaw, hammer and chisel and screwdriver oh wait no hacksaw. Got it done in 2016. Was in fair amount of pain before surgery, in a lot more afterwards, of course the pain of the surgery but 6 months down the road afterwards and therapy was very painful, therapist said there was something wrong inside there. I went with my wife for her follow up appointment after her surgery that he did, I never ever saw a Doctor like him he is very rude I don’t think he cares the patients whenever we ask him a question he screams on us and at the end he left us in the room without answering any of her health issues questions
