Top shelf professionals, wow, I’ve come to expect that from Ohio State, but Dr. Martin and Liz and Julie and the entire team really are have exceeded all expectations, anyone who has ankle problems/injury, Dr. Martin is definitely the guy and the entire team are all stars. Usually with surgery and follow up visits and insurance claims and everything there is one or more snags or frustrations, but this entire experience with urgent care then surgical consult, surgery, follow-up, etc, have all been five stars. I saw Dr. Martin after not getting anywhere from the Dr. that did my surgery. I felt like just a number with him. Dr. Martin took the the time to listen to, provide a good exam beyond the performing surgeon and explain the reasons for current condition and recommend at home treatment that the primary ignored. Based on one visit, I would have no issue with returning to Dr. Martin and as a non-affiliated medic, I would recommend him. I’m very pleased!!
