Dr Claybrook is VERY cold, rude, unprofessional, dismissive, insentive, unempathetic, demeaning and repeatedly did NOT listen to my post op issues over several visits. Two visits to his Asian PA, we're about the same. She scolded me for using Miralax daily like my Gastrinterologist SPECIFICALLY perscribed. I am a senior citizen who was a patient of Claybrook for about 2 years with several visits to him and surgical procedure performed by him. Dr. Claybrook has been my Urologist for many years. He is knowledgeable, a great communicator, and great resource. Couldn’t ask for better.
Dr. Claybrook was very easy to talk to. I was not hesitant to bring up private matters.
The staff were courteous and on time. The doctor was friendly and listened well.
