I had several hands on sessions with Kevin. His keen observation, kind, uplifting manner and gentle, but firm supportive hands gave me space to relax muscles, drop old patterns and explore more fluid ways of movement. With this awareness, I am more grounded, confident and relaxed walking, dancing and doing every day tasks.
Kevin is a trained Feldenkreis practioner, experienced and knowledgeable. I went to a workshop on strong bones and had an individual session that he offered. He could sense subtle needs and inspire more efficient and strong options for moving. His manner is encouraging and positive always. I would definitely recommend him for improving your patterns for moving well without pain.
