Kevin did a horrible job defending me . He was unprepared most of the time . He messed up my motion to suppress hearing and I took my case to trial and lost . This was receiving stolen property case and they no case against me . In the beginning of the trail he stated last chance to take the plea deal ...which was a year probation and a couple months in jail . I said after explaining to this man 10 times my innocents ,showing him all the proof I was not guilty of this crime . He said it don't matter ....there gonna get you .... read more

Got charged with 1 felony 4 and 1felony5 he promised me 1 year probation to have me cop out to 5 years probation with 2 felony 5’s first time offender on any felony charges WORST LAWYER IN US HISTORY could have took those charges with a public defender! My co defendant was a convicted felon with a public defender & came out with the charges as me WOW!
At the very least the man should never be allowed to accept another court appointment, and at the most he should be convicted of wilful deprivation of legal rights under color of law!
